2 ISTIC students ranked in 404 CTF 2023

The 404 CTF is one of France’s biggest cybersecurity competitions.

This 2nd edition, which took place from May 12th to June 4th, was co-organised by Télécom SudParis and the DGSE. 2856 participants competed for a month in challenges designed by the cybersecurity club HackademINT from Télécom SudParis, highlighting the great figures of French literature.

Laurent and Léo, first-year students in the Master’s Computer Science, Cybersecurity track at ISTIC (the computer science and electronics department of the Univerisity of Rennes), came in 4th and 55th place! Two outstanding performances that are the result of a lot of hard work and investment. Congratulations to them!

The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, June 15th at the Viva Technologie exhibition in Paris.
