Open Day 2025
In early February, CyberSchool took part in the University of Rennes Open Day to present its cybersecurity training programmes to prospective students.

A New Cybersecurity Degree Title in the Spotlight
One of this year’s major highlights was the introduction of a new cybersecurity degree title. This development marks a turning point in the organisation of master’s programmes and further strengthens the structure of the training offer. The University of Rennes now offers two master’s degrees under this new title: the Master’s Cybersecurity, Science of Software and Hardware Security and the Master’s Cybersecurity with CISO specialisation, both of which generated strong interest among attending students.
A Key Moment for Career Guidance
This Open Day took place at a strategic time, just days after the launch of the Parcoursup platform and just before the opening of the Mon Master platform. For secondary school and university students considering their future, this event provided an excellent opportunity to explore available courses and confirm the growing appeal of the cybersecurity sector.
In addition to the various faculties and institutions also present on the day (ISTIC, UFR Mathematics, Esir, Enssat, IUT Saint-Malo, Insa Rennes, Sciences Po Rennes…), the CyberSchool stand offered a more specialised insight into cybersecurity training. Thanks to the involvement of current students, enriching peer-to-peer discussions took place, allowing visitors to gain a better understanding of the pathways leading to careers in cybersecurity.
