Work-study programme
The work-study rhythm enables the completion of long-term missions in the company and ensures the coherence of the modules taught. Over 3 years, apprentices undergo training at the school for 1600 hours spread over 70 weeks. The rest of the time is spent in the company. Apprentices build their skills through practice: academic knowledge is enriched by know-how and soft skills. This construction is gradual: starting with work-study activities of a higher technician and gradually transitioning to engineer-level tasks.
